Debris Contract Monitoring Solid Resources provides all levels of trained-and-ready field personnel necessary to assist the project manager and support the client’s recovery efforts. The Solid Resources team includes 450 project managers, operations managers, field supervisors, and debris monitors experienced and trained in monitoring collection and staffing disposal sites for FEMA related disasters. They have knowledge of state and federal agencies – such as FEMA, FHWA and DEM – requirements including identifying, qualifying, tracking, record keeping and reporting procedures for debris collection. Solid Resources focuses on pre-disaster debris planning, debris management operations, pre-event training, and positioning the resources that enabled us to respond with a moments notice. These efforts allowed SRI to swiftly mobilize large groups of inspectors, rapidly deploy them into multiple post-storm disaster projects and meet every request from our clients. With the lessons learned and the study of best practices, SRI continues to improve its debris management services.
